Hamza previously worked on several youth projects building the capacity of youth and supporting them through an ecosystem of youth innovators as part of the King Abdullah II Fund for Development and the Madrasati initiative. He brings experience in developing social enterprises and supporting the creation and expansion of youth-led initiatives. Hamza also holds a MSc in International Management and Leadership Innovation.
Muhammad brings experience working with NGOs in education, learning and youth issues. He has worked with the Madrasati Initiative, the Princess Basma Youth Resource Center, and the International Youth Foundation on designing and executing training programs for both students and teachers in schools. He has worked with community members in easily accessible and remote locations in Jordan, developing community members’ skills.
Essaf comes to DOT Jordan with a background spanning more than ten years in accounting, finance, and management. In her role with DOT Jordan, Essaf oversees finances, accounting, and human resources. Before joining DOT, Essaf had lead successful teams in international companies, and has worked as a financial manager in many sectors (services, trading, and manufacturing). She was recently a supervisor with Ernst and Young-Jordan for their finance service line. Essaf holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan.
Esra' has a diverse background of experiences including project management support, sustainability consulting, and work with NGOs. Her skills and practical knowledge assist her in her work as the Monitoring & Evaluation specialist for DOT Jordan. Esra' holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan
Hamzeh works with DOT Jordan to support DOT Youth as they build and develop their social innovation ideas, focusing on their digital and technology skills development and creating a strategic digital training program for DOT beneficiaries that integrates both practical and theoretical factors. Previously, Hamzeh worked in the Jordan Gaming Lab. There, he focused on promoting the gaming industry in Jordan and fostering youth innovation by supporting them in acquiring the needed design and programming skills.
Farah joined DOT Jordan as the Communications Officer. Her responsibilities include strategic communications planning, knowledge dissemination, and public outreach to ensure that key messages reach target audiences through appropriate channels. In her role, she is able to tackle issues she is passionate about, particularly youth and women empowerment. Farah earned her bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Applied Science University in Jordan.
